Hey, y'all!
I am a wife, mom, runner, and health enthusiast. Since 2008, I've gone from a size 14 to a 6/8 by changing my eating habits and becoming the most active I've ever been in life. In 2013, I had a baby and with bumps along the way, I'm back at it.
